Wedyay or Canva for your wedding invitation video?
Canva is a design tool: you make the invitation. Wedyay is a studio: we make it from your answers. Both are good at what they are. Which one you want depends on whether you want to design.

When Canva is the better choice
If you enjoy design, have an evening free and want control over every frame, Canva is excellent and very good value, especially if someone in the family already pays for Pro. Pick a 1080×1920 template, keep it under a minute and a half, and export as MP4.
It is also the right tool when the invitation is mostly a photograph of the two of you rather than an illustration.
When Wedyay is the better choice
If you would rather not design anything, if you want the two of you painted into the art rather than pasted onto it, or if the invitation has to cover five functions and three cities without anyone spending a weekend on it.
And if you want guests to RSVP per function, which a video file cannot do on its own.

Is Canva free for wedding invitation videos?
Canva's free plan includes wedding templates, but many premium elements carry a watermark unless you pay or have Canva Pro, which costs ₹4,000 a year in India.
Can Canva put us in the invitation as illustrations?
Not of the two of you specifically. Canva offers stock illustrated couples and lets you add your photo. Wedyay illustrates the two of you from a photo, for your invitation only.
Which is quicker, Canva or Wedyay?
Wedyay, unless you already know Canva well: about five minutes of answers and twenty minutes of waiting, against an evening of editing.
