Nothing is charged for posters and films from the poster studio, so there is nothing to refund.
Full refund, no questions asked. If you have paid for the Wedding Invitation Video or the Living Invitation and we have not yet sent you your film or your live link, write to us and we will return the full amount within 5 to 7 working days.
Once your film has been sent to you or your invitation link is live and you have shared it with guests, the work is delivered and the fee is non-refundable. If something is wrong with it because of us, a mistake we made or a feature that does not work, we will fix it quickly, and if we cannot, we will refund you in full.
If the wedding is postponed we update your invitation's dates for free. If it is called off before your invitation is delivered, the refund above applies.
Email hello@wedyay.com from the email address or WhatsApp number used at purchase, with your Razorpay payment ID or your invitation link. Refunds are issued through Razorpay to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 7 working days.
