Wedyay makes wedding invitations from the details you give us in a short chat. Three things are on offer, each priced once per wedding, with no subscription:
Prices are shown in Indian rupees at checkout and are payable through Razorpay before we start on your invitation.
After payment we create your invitation and send you a preview on WhatsApp or email, usually within a day. You can ask for reasonable corrections (names, dates, venues, wording, a scene you dislike) before you share it, and for factual changes after sharing. Your invitation link stays live for at least 6 months after your wedding date; after that it may become a simple thank-you page.
You keep all rights to the text, names and photos you provide. You confirm that you have the right to share them, including the consent of the other person in the photos. You grant us permission to use them to make and display your invitation, its film, posters and illustrations. Illustrations we paint from your photos are made for your invitation only. We will not feature your wedding in our marketing without your written consent.
If you give us a YouTube link, your invitation page plays that song through YouTube's official embedded player, with credit to the video. You choose the song and are responsible for that choice; if the video becomes unavailable the page falls back to a curated melody or to silence. Invitation films are delivered without music unless you supply a track you hold the rights to.
The scenes, illustrations, page and film designs are Wedyay's own or licensed to us and remain our property. They may be shared as part of your invitation and its posters and film, and may not be extracted or reused outside it.
Invitations are for real weddings and their guests. Unlawful, deceptive or harassing content is removed and, at our discretion, refunded.
We work hard to keep every invitation online and beautiful, but the service is provided "as is". Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not responsible for guest devices, network operators, YouTube's availability, or WhatsApp's handling of shared links.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Questions and complaints: hello@wedyay.com.
