A studio that makes one invitation at a time
Wedyay paints couples into their own wedding invitation. Not a template with your names dropped in, and not a form for you to fill.
What we make
Two things, for one wedding, paid for once. A wedding invitation video: a film about a minute long with the two of you illustrated into every celebration, made for the family group on WhatsApp. And a living invitation: a page of its own that opens like a gift, carries every ceremony, and collects the RSVPs for you.
There is also a free poster studio that needs no payment and no sign-up, because announcing a date should not cost anything.
How it is made
You answer about ten questions in a chat, the way you would tell a friend: who you are, when it is, where, which ceremonies your family holds, how you met. That takes about five minutes and there is nothing to design.
Then our art director takes over. The two of you are illustrated from a photo, the artwork is drawn for your tradition, and the words are written from your own answers rather than from invitation boilerplate. Your film and your link arrive about twenty minutes later.
Nothing is published until you say so, and you can change any wording before a single guest sees it.
What we will not do
- Sell the same design twice. Your illustration and your words are yours. That is the whole product.
- Show your invitation to anyone else. Couples' pages are kept out of search results and are never used as samples. The examples are our own invented couples.
- Contact your guests. Guest names and numbers from RSVPs are for you. We never message them and we never sell them.
- Charge you twice. One payment per wedding. No subscription, no per-guest fee, no renewal. Shaadis do not renew.
How it runs
Wedyay is operated from India and governed by Indian law. Payments are taken through Razorpay in rupees, and your invitation is hosted on Vercel and Cloudflare. The full detail is in the privacy policy, the terms and the refund policy, which are three short pages rather than three long ones.
The refund rule is simple enough to state here: if we have not delivered your film or your link yet, the refund is full, no questions asked.

Is Wedyay the same as eNyouta?
No. Wedyay lives at wedyay.com and nowhere else. There is a separate and unrelated digital-invitation store with a similar-sounding name; we are not connected to it.
Who illustrates the couples?
Our art director, working from the photo you send in the chat. The illustration is made for your invitation and is not reused.
How fast is it really?
Five minutes of chat, then about twenty minutes until your film and link are ready. It is quick because the work is set up to be, not because it is a template.
Can we talk to someone before we pay?
